Violence in society is actually not a new thing. often carried out conjunction with one form of criminal act, as regulated the Criminal Code (KUHP) for example theft violence (Article 365 Code), rape 285 Persecution 351 Code). However, at this time there lot domestic against wives or women. Often act called hidden crime. It so, because both perpetrator and victim try to keep secret from public view. Sometimes it also violence, occurs sphere. acts can cause victims due physical, psychological, sexual neglect, so that efforts protect are needed, including physical psychological health recovery. For perpetrators law enforcement needed resolve cases through judicial process. Constraints resolving need be overcome role government local governments collaboration community implementation elimination realized. This study intended describe analyze legal protection Indonesia by comparing some related laws regulations such Anti-Domestic Act, Child Protection Human Rights Law, Indonesian Code.
